Black Diamond Designs uses the following Process to assist
in determining your needs:

First Meeting Evaluation: This
meeting is utilized to evaluate your basic needs and goals
for moving your business to the web. After this meeting,
Black Diamond Designs will review your initial requirements
and provide an estimation of cost for completing the project.
If our estimate is accepted a 50% nonrefundable deposit
is required in advance.

Requirements Phase: This
phase involves working together to organize existing artwork
and documentation that will be utilized on your site. We
will work together to layout each page and determine if any
custom work is required. The completion of this phase
will provide a site layout map and plan for aquiring any custom
artwork.

Implementation Phase: Once
the artwork and documentation have been delivered to Black
Diamond Designs, our work can begin. We will start
laying out your site and work together with you to ensure
that we are meeting your needs. We will be in constant
communication to ensure that we are moving forward in the
right direction. At the end of this phase, we should
have a completed site design ready for testing.

Evaluation and Quality Assurance:
We will test your site to ensure that it is
functional with the different browsers and screen resolutions.
This will be tested on the selected host to ensure
that the host is providing adequate resources for your site.

Final Review and Customer Acceptance:
This phase is the final opportunity offered to our clients
to review your completed site. Once Customer Acceptance occurs
we will activate the site with the host service and send out
our invoice for amount due.

Ongoing Maintenance: Black
Diamond Designs offers ongoing service contracts to assist
you in managing your site. We are committed to being your
web development resource and will be available through our
service contract agreement to meet your companies growing
needs.
